The Monmouthshire Short Mat Bowls Association, has been established to organise and promote Short Mat Bowling for affiliated clubs and arrange matches and inter league competitions, with the intention of enhancing skills, interest and fellowship within the Association. Membership is open to clubs and players of the region of South East Wales.

The Monmouthshire League

League matches are played between member clubs, between October and March every year. Each club plays all the other clubs in the league, once at home and once away.

The approved schedule for 2026/2027 is shown below, although some matches may be rearranged by clubs.
